• Order: Refers to a request initiated by the customer—via phone, email, or website—to purchase our services. An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment through accepted methods such as credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or check.

2. Service Completion Timeframe

• All services will be completed within 2 working days once payment is received.

• If additional services (such as extensive revisions, cover redesign, or marketing add-ons) are ordered, timelines may extend, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

• If references, images, or third-party materials are included, they will either be royalty-free, licensed, or properly cited.

• We do not claim ownership over your creative work and will never resell or reuse your content.

6. Revisions Policy

• Minor revisions requested within 7 days of delivery will be provided free of charge.

• Major revisions (structural changes, complete rewrites, or new material additions) may incur additional charges and extend delivery timelines.

7. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of book publishing and editing, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

• If a service is canceled before work begins, a partial refund (minus processing fees) may be issued.

• In cases of non-delivery or failure to meet agreed timelines, NBX Ventures LLC may issue a refund or credit after review.

8. Limitation of Liability
